Cartel at Towson UniversityRemember when it was cool to open up your CD player while it was mid play to see it spin like a million miles any hour?  Picture that as my life.  'Been really busy.  Photographed Days Difference, Cartel, We The Kings, and All Time Low on Saturday, went tubing on the Potomac River on Sunday, photographed Stereo Skyline, The Bigger Lights, Friday Night Boys, This Providence, and Hey Monday on Monday, and then yesterday I spent the day at Warped Tour.  What does that all translate to? Something like 3,000 photos and little sleep. I love it.  Still working on photos. Here's a little sample.

She's got no limit

So back in April I had the pleasure of interviewing a band called Hey Monday when they opened for Fall Out Boy on the Believers Never Die Part Duex Tour.  It was a pretty cool experience for me since we shot the footage for Barricade Buzz on their tour bus; a first for me. 

They're a female led pop-punk group from Florida with a sound that's comparable to the likes of Paramore.  They released their first album, Hold On Tight, last year that features the very talented vocals of lead singer, Cassadee Pope. 

Anyways, I was checking out their page today and came across this video, which was shot at the show I was photographing at.  Sadly, I'm not in the footage, but it was still cool to see nonetheless.

Who Needs Air

I had the pleasure of catching Seattle rockers, The Classic Crime, at a small bar called Cafe Nine in New Haven, Connecticut over the weekend.  If you don't know these guys, you really should. Check out their MySpace.
